These terms govern use of Vid AI during its private development preview.

Purpose of the service

Vid AI provides research, analysis, and decision-support tools for video creators. Scores, comparisons, and recommendations are informational signals, not guarantees of views, revenue, ranking, or commercial success.

User responsibilities

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Review recommendations before acting on them.
• Comply with YouTube, Google, copyright, advertising, and applicable legal requirements.
• Do not misuse the service to access data without authorization or disrupt third-party systems.

Third-party services

Vid AI may rely on Google, YouTube, and other service providers. Their availability, data definitions, quotas, and terms are controlled by those providers. Vid AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

Availability and changes

The product is under active development. Features may change, be limited, or become temporarily unavailable. We aim to explain data limitations clearly and avoid presenting estimates as facts.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for publishing decisions and outcomes.
